Assisted Living Project works with housing associations throughout the UK to identify properties in areas with high demand for Assisted Living facilities.
We produce a comprehensive due diligence pack for each target property, available on our portal, enabling our housing association partners to make a reliable assessment of suitability quickly and easily.
Once agreed, the property is adapted and refurbished to meet the specified Assisted Living needs, removing a wealth of resource-consuming steps for the housing association, who are able to take possession of an occupancy-ready facility.
