Prince Andrew Eweka is a Nigerian entrepreneur, investor, and business executive with extensive experience in healthcare, energy, agriculture, international trade, and strategic business development. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 1st Man Global he leads initiatives that facilitate partnerships, investments, and market expansion opportunities across Africa and international markets.

With a strong background in the oil and gas sector, Prince Eweka has contributed to both upstream and downstream operations while building a reputation for connecting innovative global solutions with emerging African markets. His leadership has supported projects spanning healthcare technology, infrastructure development, agriculture, and sustainable economic growth.

He has also played a significant role in advancing digital healthcare solutions in Nigeria through telemedicine and healthcare innovation initiatives aimed at improving access to quality medical services. In addition, he has championed strategic partnerships in agriculture and healthcare, introducing innovative products and services designed to enhance productivity and improve lives across the continent.

Prince Eweka serves on the boards of several organizations and remains committed to fostering investment, entrepreneurship, and transformative development throughout Africa.

Paul Burgess MBE

Paul Burgess is an urban planner, economist and business development specialist who has acted as a CEO, Chair and Non-Executive Director for many different companies and public bodies. Paul has an Oxford degree in Urban Planning, and master's degrees in Regional Economics (M.A) and Business Administration (MBA).

He has a 25-year history as a senior director in the public sector focussing on local economic and community development in the major UK cities of Birmingham and Nottingham. Recently he has been Chair of BMG Research a specialist market research company and CEO of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses. He has been the owner and Managing Director of PBA Business Consultants Limited since 1997.

Alongside these UK positions he has international experience being a consultant for 1st Man Global and joint owner of Regen Africa Resources. Both companies operate from Nigeria and focus on developing projects in Africa.

Paul has headed up a range of projects and assignments in developing countries as well as being the Chair and Trustee of major UK charities working with the disabled and the visually impaired. He has been a Governor of one of the largest UK hospitals – UHB Birmingham and acted as a Trustee of the UK National Lottery Board for charities. He has worked for the European Commission and UK national and local government in senior positions. He was recently recognized by HM Queen Elizabeth with an MBE for the work he has undertaken with charities and community groups over the last 30 years.
